Our stay at the hotel was an absolute delight, with its beautifully maintained grounds and luxurious vibe that instantly put us at ease. The staff were attentive and genuinely cared about making our experience wonderful. While we loved the stunning sunsets and the chance to snorkel nearby, we found the dining options a bit pricey. Also, be prepared for a bit of a trek if you want to explore beyond the resort, as there's not much nearby.

I had the pleasure of staying at this resort in the Guanacaste region of Costa Rica, and it was mostly a great experience. The hotel offers stunning daily sunsets and the pool area is quite enjoyable. However, I found the location a bit isolated from other tourist attractions, which made it challenging to explore the area. The ground floor room was okay, but I would have preferred falling asleep to the sound of waves rather than wildlife.
Rooms
7.0
The room was decent, located on the ground floor with a view of the ocean. While it was comfortable, I missed listening to the waves at night due to the wildlife noises.
Service
9.0
The bar staff at the pool, especially Carlos, were exceptional and made our stay feel special. They quickly remembered our names, which was a nice personal touch.
Location
5.0
The hotel's location is quite beautiful, but it's quite far from major attractions. It requires a long drive just to get to the entrance, making it a challenge if you're looking to explore nearby.
Dining

Facilities
8.0
The pool area was well-maintained, and it was a great place to relax and enjoy the views over the ocean. The amenities were satisfactory.
